Beach Style

I'm trying to port this Beach style. It's based on subsilver. I uploaded all the stargate subsilver styles and did all the subsilver edits to it. Most of the finds were pretty much the same. Most of the pages work except index.php. When I load that, I get

And when I refresh the style I get

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/boston59/public_html/forum/includes/template.php(218) : eval()'d code on line 204

I have attached 2 files. Beach is the out-of-the-box style, and beach_stargate is my attempt at porting it to stargate.

I'm stumped i tried and can't figure it out. Hope fully one of the guys will see this post and help out. I can try again when I clear my head

So you got those same error messages? Mavbe I should try with a clear head, too. I hadn't thought of that.

I think it must have something to do with this edit:

Because malformed else-if statements can cause that eval() error, but that edit is nowhere near line 204 and if the includes/template.php edit were the issue, it would mess-up all the styles.
