Hey folks, If you take a look at my site http://www.sanctuary57.com you will notice the style I'm using has the header banner over to the right side. This is the Starcraft style that Mitch recently ported over for me. If I wanted to take a longer picture though so that I could center it and have it resize automatically based upon the size of the persons monitor .. 1) What file in stargate do I need to modify? - Reason I ask this is cause the style in the /templates/blocks section actually has a header left and a seperate header right file. 2) What would be the command so that the graphic will automatically resize? Some people coming to site might have their comps set to 1024 x 768 .. while I use 1680 x 1050. Any help I could get would be appreciated.

First you will need to put up the longer picture to see what changes need to be done. the header up now works fine on my 24 inch monitor and when I make the browser window smaller it gets smaller fine. I do see the color is different behind the header and as the browser gets bigger you see the difference from the header and the background. That is easily fixed in stylesheet - Code: Select all
Find #logodesc
Then Change background: #0B0B0D url(images/banner.jpg) no-repeat scroll right top; to background: #000000 url(images/banner.jpg) no-repeat scroll right top;
By the way banner.jpg is the banner

Nice Mitch,
Thanks much .. that fix cured my grey background situation. I'll try to make some longer banners later to test em out.

Tried some longer banners that were around 1400 width (would like the banner to go all the way across the page) ... didn't work.
The style apparently has 2 different header sections and so when i put the banner.jpg up it would only show it on the right side. It shoved the entire long banner into that area.

Are we talking about the header on the link of your first message? are you using that banner because it looks great the way it is and appears to be one banner all the way across and gets smaller as the resolution changes for my monitor

sorry, I may have used the wrong term.
I'm talking about the banner at the very top of the site ... I would like to use larger graphics that scale to whatever resolution the viewer uses. I just want the banner to show more cause at high resolution it's a small graphic on the right and lots of blank space
